Professional excellenceWe expect at the minimum decade-long international experience and –where applicable- international expert designation (CFE, CISA, CISM) from our senior consultants. Particular attention is paid to keeping our consultants knowledge continuously up-to-date, and we recognize and provide the time needed for it. Apart from a high level of professional knowledge, our colleagues are proactive, accountable, take responsibility, and have outstanding negotiation and presentation skills. Receiving regular feedback about performance is part of our standard operating process, both internally and while on assignments.
